Covid-19 has resulted in implementing changes within our boutique. Cherry Blossom Bridal are proud as a result, to have adapted and introduced many protocols to protect your safety as well as ours.
We will ensure we will follow the advise and guidance in which the Government provides and adapt where necessary.
If at any time, yourself or your guests are showing symptoms, please contact the boutique to rearrange your appointment!
Bridal appointments are only by appointment booked in advance. You are welcome to bring along two special VIP guests. This is to ensure that we keep our environment as safe and sterile as possible.
We do welcome any face time type calls during your appointment to show anyone loved ones who cannot be with you if you wish...or you could always keep it a surprise!
Most appointments we allow an hour and a half but this can go over where necessary as we are spacing out appointment bookings. This allows us time to sufficiently clean down between guests. We ask that you do not arrive early to your appointment to allow this.
On arrival to store, you will find a stand with santiser and a face mask for both you and your guest. Please put these items on before heading upstairs and keep them on during your time in our boutique.
We will scan your temperature with an infra-red non-contact device. A temperature of above 37.4 will result in your appointment being rescheduled. For your peace of mind, staff will also be checked daily.
Please do not touch any garments in store. You will be shown to a seating guest area where you will remain throughout your appointment. We will discuss your gown dreams, ideas and then our staff will pull the gorgeous gowns for you.
We do intend to make the appointment as light hearted and fun as we always have. This is our new normal for now but we thrive to continue to leave you with a wonderful memorable experience
